Level IV (Higher Education level),
A two years training of 1016 hours: the employers are generally the Football Clubs wishing to organize their clubs with an apprentice leading to their subsequent employment.
The training consists of 2 to 3 weeks at work and 1 week of training every month.
The remuneration: the apprentice receives from 41% to 65% of the National Minimum Wage (SMIC) depending on his age.
The employer receives employment incentive and gets tax exemption.
The training is paid by the Regional Council of Rh?Alpes.
